hi can you tell me how long it took for your period to finally come? I am having the same problem but i noticed that this was posted over a year ago. I need some hope.

I dont know. but i just took 6 pills of yasmin n m out of my mind. getting no period even when period assures you that you are NOT pregnant. I really dont want to get pregnant. i wamt my period
I have PCOS as well. My doctor put me on the same pill to help regulate my periods as they were not regular and to treat my hair loss and acne. I have been on the pill for three years now. I too don't want to be on the pill anymore. I went off of the pill last year for six months and after six months with zero periods and my hair loss getting worse I went back on the pill. This was upsetting for me because the same year I struggled with bad depression and weight gain. I have been back on the pill since. However recently I have heard that a plant based diet or a healthy vegan diet can help PCOS. I am willing to try anything to balance my hormons naturally and get off the pill. 40 days ago I went off the pill and decided to eat a mostly vegan diet. Today I got my period. I feel like it's too soon to tell but I am going to be trying an 100% vegan diet over the next few months and maybe I will get my period regularly.
This is happening to me right now. Had my first 2 periods, one on time, the other 2 weeks late. Now its been 40 days and nothing so far. What happened? Took a pregnancy test it said negative.
My period haven’t started yet and I’m 20. I have been on birth control (I was 15/16) which did cause a ‘period’ then it stopped. What is going on with me?
I have not menstruated for the last 7 weeks. I have been off the pill for the last 3 months (hoping to get pregnant!). Right now I am not pregnant at all. Is failure to menstruate normal?
