IF YOUR NOSE IS GETTING BIGGER AND CHANGING SHAPE MAYBE YOU JUST NEED TO CUT BACK ON YOUR
DOSAGE
Tingling lips/nose, twitching face, possibly pins and needlesin hands/feet? Check out Hypocalcemia that can be related to dehydration or hormone problems. I had a head injury 11 years ago and just bloodtests just said I am hypocalcemic. I have the symptomseveryone keeps mentioning which brought me to this site.
did u ever find out what its was they way u described it is what is happening to me now
I'm glad to see there are so many with the same symptoms, so I'll just add my thoughts to the pile.
I've been having this twitchy pulse on the left side of my nose for about a week now. It is not painful, but very annoying and it comes and goes. It is visible if I look hard enough, but I don't think anybody else has noticed it.
I don't consider myself very stressed at the moment, but I do have a lot of anxiety issues, and am prone to panic attacks.
I also just started drinking caffeine again recently, so I think I am going to cut back again.
I also have had a tooth infection that I am taking penicillin for, but I have had tooth infections before and my nose never twitched.
The same thing started with me yesterday morning, and has continued for about 24 hours. It's not CONSTANT. Every few minutes it's like the side of my nostril will start to ripple, (almost like a mini muscle tic) then it will stop for a few minutes, and begin again. If feels crazy, but is not visible. I put my ring finger on the area, and I can feel the twitches.
Hi, everybody!
Apparently, this is very common symptom of God knows what, obviously related to stress, or change of some kind and most of all I think - lack of vitamins. Because, after all, everything that we feel, physically of mentally, comes from what we are eating (or drinking). I'm a big green tea drinker - usually consume it two times a day and it is my substitute for coffee. However, it has caffeine in it and is preferable to be supported with a lot of water. So here is my case - I'm getting married in one month (stress); I'm doing, If not frequent, then regular work outs(physical change); Also.. I'm trying to eat healthy, but it's very difficult to add all the minerals needed in your meals(lack of vitamins).
My advice, which applies to me as well - try not to get anxious and avoid any tensing thoughts; eat varied food - meat, vegetables, nuts, fruits, and try to alternate different types of meals; also - go out, walk a lot, look up - your eyes need a rest. And don't forget to drink water.
P.S. My father is a wise man, he always advises me to breathe right. Try to breathe right, even if it's only once a day for some time, like a work out :) Good luck all!
I drink a lot of coffee as well, which is when the nose twitch began. When I don't drink as much coffee, the nose twitch is reduced. When I'm not stressed out, the nose twitch is reduced even more. Ofcourse, nothing will go away instantly, but it seems that stress starts it and caffeine amplifies it.
I suppose because no one 'nose' the answer. ;)
Could be facial tics related with tourrettes, look it up... I have the same problem
You people are simply crazy. Have any of you anything better to do than sit at a machine and carp over idiotic scenarios such
as you are painting in your posts. Get a life. Or end yours.
