Anybody else have this and also have taken any speed like adderall?
The same thing is happening to me as well. Out of nowhere, I'm sitting in class, doing my work, and lo and behold, my nose was pulsing. Its still pulsing as I type right now. I wonder if it normal or not? =S
I was hoping to find an answer but nobody offered one.
It is such a frustrating little tingling on the left side of my nose. It comes and goes every few seconds at different intervals.
I also feel "out of it", sort of, somewhat confused. Maybe it has to do with blood pressure?
But what does a nose have to do with it?
If anyone finds out, please write it here. I am going to bookmark this page.
Good luck guys! Ya know, if it doesn't go away, you can always cut the nose to spite your face, or something like this. :-)

This is happening to me right now too. Is there an answer, I would really like to know.
What the hell, this has been happening to me for over a week now. It seemed to go away then saturday night I didn't sleep for about 48 hours (unrelated) and now it's back . hmmm
I can't believe I've found people having the same problem!!
The left side of my nose has been twitching intermittently for over a week now. It's very mild, not at all painful, just highly annoying. When it started I didn't think anything of it; I've had those annoying eyelid twitches before, and figured this was the same type of thing. But now that it has continued for so long, I'm starting to get concerned.
I find it interesting that for those of us with one-sided twitching, it's always on the left.
I did have a period of high anxiety, so maybe that's the cause...but the anxiety has since resolved a few days ago, and the twitching continues.
I hope someone comes along that has answer!

Man... This started yesterday for me and it is still happening today. I feel a little better at least knowing I'm not alone :-)
Mine's on my right side. But it's still going crazy. Interestingly, if you google "tic", I get better results than anything I've seen so far, but I can only find descriptions of what tics are, and not how to get rid of them.
I just felt very annoying involuntary pulsing on my left upper life/below my nose just half an hour ago and I just found this discussion board hoping to find some answers (which seems like nobody here got yet).
Well, it just happened after I drank alot of coffee in the morning and bam it started happening. Either that or because of my sudden change in exercise...OR because I just only slept like 4 hours last night? This was the answer to the pulsing of eyelids but I'm not sure about upper lip/below nose pulsing...

I just started having this problem a few days ago, not even a week I would say. Two interesting notes, I have been exercising more lately (100 push-ups a day and walking a lot), and I started drinking coffee in the morning. I'm 23 and in good general shape. I have a lot of stress from work and I have what I guess are physical symptoms of anxiety (I bite my nails or scratch the sides of my finger nails with my other fingers a lot).
I didn't expect to find so many others with the same problem and I'm wondering if anybody else is drinking coffee too or changed their exercising habits (I saw two already, but I wonder if there are any more..).
Hopefully we can figure what this is all about.. It just started twitching again.

Hi, it seems like everyone here has the same problem as me.. the left part of my nose started twitching a little, I can only see it from the corner of my eye, but it still bugs me because it's hard to make it stop. I don't know what the deal is. I just started 2 days ago I think and I can't think of any causes..
I know this doesn't help, but it just shows that there are more of us out there, haha.

I have been experiencing the same annoying feeling inside my nose, a twitch fluttering, pulsating feeling, and now i have grown quite distressed to imagine it may be some kind of nasal parasite, worm living inside my sinuses? I imagine it to be squirming around in there, something does feel as if its slithering up.
THIS IS A DISTURBING FEELING, IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFO PLEASE POST HERE!!!!!
Worried! :-(

I am had that annoying twitch in the top of my right nostril. It has been on and off for the whole day. When I put my finger by it I can feel it twitch it has been happening every few seconds and is very annoying!!! I have been veryyyyy stressed for the last few days so maybe that is the cause?
Same issue here. Trying to relax doesn't solve the issue either.
I urge anyone who used to have this problem but no longer has it to post what they found that helped.

The exact same thing happens to me. it happened last spring, and now its happening again. i thought it was just twitching, but when i ready this you guys said it was on the left side and its like a pulse. so i kept my finger there and felt the pulse on the left. I'm not sure if it has any thing to do with it but the first time i got it was about the time of my last girlfriend, and i liked her a lot. but around the time we broke up it went away and i just forgot about it. and now i'm talking to another girl that i like a lot and i realize its starting back up again. Could that have anything to do with the twitches?
