I have a twitch on the left side of my nose and its also happening to my left ear as well. Its been going on for more than a few months now...I have heard that muscle spasms and twitches can be an early sign of a brain tumor or some kind of neurological problem.
yes, i have had the same.... for a few weeks i had a persistent twitch in my right lower lid. that has, seemingly disappeared and now i am dealing with this annoying twitch/ tingling/ pulsating feeling on the left side of my nose. i have been a little stressed but not moreso than usual. i would love to know the cause....
Hi
I have had this problem for years & mine are caused by allergies. I am desperate for an allergy cure. Anthistamines etc... make it worse as they dry out the membranes.
If you want to know if allergies are causing your twitches, have an ige blood test. :-(

Hey guys
I've had this problem before and as far as I can tell it's related to stress. It happened the same time my eye started to twitch. I don't necessary mean heavy stress it can be mild, like a slight worry about the world and our place in it. You may be so busy trying to look rite, smell rite, have the perfect body six pack, pay the morgage, drive the rite car, go to the rite places with the rite people, have a sex life, be a God in the bedroom..... pressure pressure pressure do want some more pressure to go with your pressure... what am I doing with my life, am I doing enough? will I survive? ... we are all human and sometimes subconsciously uncertain about life. It all causes twitches and vibrations in the body.
My advice would be to get into some self help material, learn about spiritual well being. The vibrating represents dis-ease - not being at ease - what's going on in your life spiritually will manifest it's self physically. Ask your self this, "Am I evolving spiritually, do I even know that I am a Spiritual being connected to the source?" "What are my fears, what can I do today to face what I'm afraid of?"
If you don't believe me or you think I'm a "nut job" "wise guy" "conspiracy theorist" "new age" "Cannabis smoking" fool, then go see your doctor, he will give you some pills and you'll be fine.
I on the other hand you think I might have a point, then stop worrying about your vibrating nose and do what you gotta do and get on with your life. You get what you think about and worrying about your nose is gonna make it vibrate more.
Peace

I started getting this the last few days, It's happened before. I'm almost positive that it is related to stress/lack of sleep. I've been so stressed about Obama taking over our country that my nose started twichting. I expended some energy by exercising and got some sleep and now it is gone, at least for now.
Hi fellow nose twitchers,
I went to a chiro a few days ago. He adjusted my lower jaw so it moved to the right
to line up with the upper jaw. If upper and lower jaw align, the teeth are over 1/8 of
an inch off-bite. Yesterday and today my nose has begun twitching on the right.
I believe it is because my lower jaw is pulled over and the muscles are undergoing changes
to hold the jaw in the new position.
I had mega stress from August to now; root canal on a left molar 10 days ago. My question: can
tmj cause abscess teeth - aha! my nose is twitching again as I type!! Good luck with your
symptom relief guys!

For the last month my nose was twitching. I have new glasses, which I thought might help, but nothing. I know I tend to have low iron, and that makes me really tired. I wonder if it's related. Along with the twitching, I can get the start of a headache, but then it subsides all together. It's not getting better, but it's not getting worse either. Today I can feel a tension from the center of my eye brow down to the side end of my nose on the left. I wonder if it is stress. I never had my body react this way to stress though.
anyone of you people sniffed coke in the past but stopped doing it?
I've had this a few times in my life. I get it at the bridge of my nose, I get a tingling annoying feeling through the whole front of my head, an almost dizziness confused feeling throughout my whole body, an inability to think properly (which is really hard with the work I do), pulsing that you can see in the mirror in the bridge of my nose.
Things that have made it worse include nicotine and caffiene. I quit smoking because of it and it went away. Then a few months later came back, I think becuase of a gradual build up of caffiene in my system. Removing caffiene helped, altough I got back in the coffee after a few weeks.
It's now come back again and I've noticed that wearing my glasses (which I never ever wear) helps reduce it, especially the tingling in the front of my head. It's not completely removing it but it's helping, so perhaps it has somethig to do with the eyes?

Hi all,
just came across this and have been having the same problem lately. I've been told that the twitching is caused by a lack of potassium! But that's all i know!

Hey all, i have had the same problem....but im almost sure its just stress and nothing to worry about...now if your whole body is twitching? then there might be something more serious going on....but if its just your nose or your eye....its probably just from stress....also if youve ever cried really hard for a long period of time....sometimes you can put strain on your facial muscles and they will twitch....just drink lots of water and rest up. Give yourself a break...and dont stress about your nose twitching...cause it is probably just making the twitch worse.
I am having the same problem, It appears to be all around the nostrils and my upper lip. The odd thing is my husband has been having it as well, for about two weeks on and off now. The only thing i could think of that changed what we used was toothpaste. I am under a lot of stress at work, but my husband isnt. How is it that we both have this when we never had anything like it before.
