When i have sexual intercourse, I am not wet enough. I wish to be more wet because it hurts and doesnt feel as good when my vagina gets dry.
Why does it get dry?
and is there any other way I can get more wet without using lube during sex, and without having foreplay before?
Thanks

You're already ruling out two of the most common recommended solutions to your problem as you pose the question.
First, sex lubes ARE there to help you. They make you wet. That's your goal isn't it?
Second, more foreplay is what normally is required to arouse a woman. Why would you NOT want more foreplay from your lover?
Third, it sounds like you want to go from zero to sixty in nothing flat. It doesn't work like that. Without either of the above helps, I know of nothing that will do that, with the exception of a very active imagination and fantasy that would have to be playing in your head well before any sex starts.
You ask, "Why does it get dry?"
Perhaps it is because you're not in the moment... you're not turned out... you're not enjoying it... you're afraid that it's going to hurt, and so it does!
I know in some drier climates, like Alaska, Utah, deserts, etc... vaginal wetness and all lubrications of any lips tend to dry out like mad. But you would already know this if you lived in those areas.
I'd still like to know why you want to rush sex so much that the first two options aren't acceptable to you?
Afraid a parent will discover you?
