im sorry about the other post i just looked and did some research and now im not sure if i have frenulum breve because yes i do have that skin under my head but it isnt tight it is pretty loose so now the question is do i have frenulum breve and when i am erect it is tuff to pull back skin so if i dont have it should i pull back skin or if i do have it the skin isnt tight should i still try to pull it back when erect
