I'm 18 and i noticed when i was around 14 that my right was alot bigger and i went to see a specialist but said nuffin culd b done yet because i was still growing,it hasnt changed but there is a great shop called nicola jane that sells bras and swimming costumes and padding for women who have had breast cancer so the bras and swimming costumes have special pockets that u can put the padding in and feel less self conscious about having padding, although it's aimed at women who have had breast cancer they were very helpful for my problem as well, hope this helps anyone and its good to know im not alone :) i know that im around the age where i stop growing, but im putting my faith in god to put me right, and if not it's who i am and if people dont accept it then they aren't worth having in your life :)

I am going into high school and my left boob is definitely larger than my right. Some people say that if you massage under the armpit of the breast that is smaller, it will help get the milk flowing or something like that and will help the breast grow. I highly doubt this works, but it might work and if you want to try that I am just putting it out there. I know that surgery is definitely not an option for most and obviously at my age that is not happening. However, going into high school, I really do not want it to be noticeable.

Hi everyone

I just wanted to post on here as I have been in exactly the same situation as yourselves. I am now 27 years old and I had an operation at the age of 16 for a breast reduction in one of my breasts and it was the best thing I ever did!

I had one breast two sizes bigger than the other. It started when I was 12 and everytime we went back to the doctors, they just said that I was still growing and it would catch up but it never did. I understand how miserable it is, I actually felt close to killing myself sometimes but I promise you that you will not be like it forever.

We ended up going private and paying £3000 because the waiting list for the NHS would have been about 3 years. I am so happy now and the scarring is barely nothing at all.

I feel like I should tell my story :) I had this same problem where my left breast did not grow... at all, while my left breast was a c cup at the and of fourteen. My problem was that I had a hormonal balance my doctor said and that caused my left breast not to trigger in growth when it was supposed to, so my body compensated by super growing the right breast until it was hangy and saggy! GROSS!  So I saw a plastic surgeon and at the age of 15, in April 2010, I had an implant put in my left breast. After that still at the age of 15, in November 2010, I had my Right side nipple literally taken off, moved, and reduced to match the new beautiful left side. Now, I am soon to go in for my third surgery to completely correct the right side; they are putting in a small implant to fix the cleavage side of my right breast. Its been a long process and yes it is painful in not only the surgeries but the self esteem problems that go along with it. Please girls know that you are NOT alone and that if people make fun of you please ignore it. Its your body and they way you were naturally created. So what? So you have one breast like I do, everyone is unique in your own special way! Just do what you FEEL you want to do about it, and dont let anyone talk you into doing anything that you do not want to do! I too felt terrible about myself and that no guy would want me because all they like are boobs, but I did what I felt necessary and if your boy truly loves you he will not care and love you for whatever you chose. YOU'RE NOT ALONE. love yourself!

This is a relief. I always thought i was the weird one. I talked to my mom about it and she said she and my aunt have the same problem and that it's normal. But my mother is one of those traditional women that uses herbs for meds so i didn't really believe her.

My left boob is a full C and my right is a B. I live in the Caribbean so we always wear tanktops or else we get really hot. It's really noticable in tanktops so i try to wear t-shirts. In the summer t-shirts are unbearable (It's average 100 F in the summer) so I pad my right.

I'd have to go to Colombia for plastic surgery so that's not really an option for me. I'd get mugged in the plane (lol). I guess I'd have to live with it.

It's certainly normal so don't let that stop you from wearing comfortable clothing. If it bothers someone who is looking at your tank top, tell them to stop looking. That's their problem if they don't understand, don't make it your problem too.

Hello Ladies, I stumbled across this site looking for answers to the asymetrical boob question.  I am in my mid 40's and this problem started with me about a year ago.  (at least to point where i actually noticed it.)  After a couple of mammograms and what feels like a lifetime of panic; i ran across someone older than me who has the same issue.  Its just one of those annoying women things we go through.  Once i got word that everything is okay, i am getting past it.  I am seeking the right padding to make them appear even and my husband doesnt seem to have an issue at all with it.  As beautiful as we are we cant be perfect.  Continue to work in the inside; your style and class with show on the outside inspite of it.  Inner beauty and confidence in yourself is key.

If you really want to fix this problem (since you're breasts had stopped growing but the one hasn't begun) you can go to you ob/gyno and ask about your problem. Ask him/her if they could prescribe you a breast enlargement cream for the flat breast.

Hope I helped:)
