I am trying to lose on weight. I haven’t always been owerweight, I got 15 pounds in last 6 months. That happened because I had fracture of femoral bone and I just had to stay in bed, eat, read and get on weight. I’m glad I am healthy now, I’ve started with some yoga exercising, but they won’t help me lose on weight, I know. I’m 21 years old. Please suggest me how to start?

I’m sure that yoga exercising can help you feel better and more comfortable. It’s important for you to feel strong and balanced. I lost 20 pounds without rigorous diets, just eating healthy and various foods. You have to strong your muscles because of injury you had. I think that you have already started. As you said that you haven’t always been overweight, that means that you have good life habits and you just need to get back to your normal life with 15 pounds more.
