I have had this same problem. This happens when not all of your spermshas exited the urethra. its stuck and hardens. the more you urinate, the more it gets moistens and dissolves and flows out. If you're really desperate in getting rid of that pain, wait for a while, then re masturbate. it can really hurt, but turn yourself on, its hard. But once you ejactulate again, dont stop movement until you are sure all spearms have come out. make sure now every time i masturbate. i hope this helps

Ok I know the actual why this happens. Whenever you masturbate the urethra in the tip of your penis gets friction. This causes the sting and also explains when you pee a sense of stinging even worse due to the pH. Well, I actually got the same pain, but before I started masturbating, I think (maybe when or after erection?). I never really paid much attention to it and it hasn't happened to me in years. It may be related to urine resting in your penis or something like that, but I'm not sure.

I have the same problem with having pain during an erection with 3 or 4 hours of sex or masterbating. This is completely normal, as the muscles typically get overworked and sore. When the pain starts, try massaging where it hurts (the tip, or the shaft) and see if it helps. It may not make it feel 100% better, but it sure as hell helps alot.

I've had this problem forever. I'm convinced its from semen being stuck inside. It still happens sometimes, but its much better now. You've gotta become a switch hitter. I've noticed that when I cum it doesn't "spit" like it used to. Ok, If you have a sharp burning pain at the tip of your penis after masturbating, you have a small cut or scrape in the tip, which is aggrivated by the acid in your urine. Its nothing to worry about, they heal fairly quickly. It just means dont masturbate for a bit. And as for the pain while erection, it does mean you have over masturbated. You have, literally, exceeded your daily, or weekly maximum. Do not masturbate until pain is gone, (END OF THE DAY GUYS, JUST WAIT THAT LONG) and when you wake up you should be good to go. You should only do it about 2 times a day tops. 3 is pushing it and you will start to feel that dull erection pain. But as soon as the erection subsides, there is no more pain.
