About 6 months ago I started having pain in left testicle. It feels like it pulls up when it happens. Also it feels hot. Ejaculation reliefs the pain but sperm first looks clear (or slight brownish) and then white follows with very weak stream. About an hour later everything's back to normal. I noticed that it happens more when I'm stressed or in the rush. It never happens to the right testicle. I can also take some pain pill and wait it out with no problems. I'm 34 and spend last 16 years with same woman so STD should be out of the question. Any ideas?
