I have been experiencing this aswell and thus took this as an advantage to look at it, what I noticed after the pain and before and during it, the feet are cold, which I think come into play since the feet are cold it effects our whole system in the legs and as writing this message I have climaxed earlier so I still feel it. My theory is that this has something involved with temperature or blood.
I’m a little late to this but this exact thing happens to me and it sometime mild pain in my calf and other times terrible pain.
It could be down to the muscles in your calf cramping up as the rest of your muscles go into spasm as you ejaculate.

I have this too I think. It started out as a periodic pai in my upper left thigh that just would hurt sometimes just out of the blue. I thought maybe thrombosis, Dr said no. I then noticed it would happen whenever I would ejaculated either through intercourse or maturation, happening just before climax and lasting just after, 30 seconds or so total.
