I am 63. I haven't been to a chiropractor in a few years.
To all go to see Dr Bertanogli at the spinal clinic in Bogen Germany, his facility can fix any back issue. He does spinal surgery for the entire US congress, military and all US universities, I recently traveled there and had 4 artificial disks implants in my neck, 3 in my lumbar back. Don't even have to take a Tylenol, suffered for 17 years before I went there for treatment. I left for Germany on the 16th of June, back surgery on the 21st, neck on the 28th, returned home on the 16th of July. Drove myself home from the airport 3 hour drive, moved my lawn the day after, feel 16 years old again. Go see him get your life back. And are you ready for this, my first class plane ticket, motel rooms, 2 surgeries, all expenses, food, etc. $103,000.00. The surgeries alone would have cost over 3 million in the US. Met a lady there who had had 21 back surgeries, in a wheelchair for 7 years, she was walking 3 days post surgery.
I know this is an old post but have you found anything to help your slipping rib syndrome? I have this too and it's awful!
Did the doctor ever check your liver?
Hlab27(+) you are go and test
For me, its milk and ice cream that cause gas buildup beneath my right scapula. Once I'm able to pass all the gas it goes away, still a little sore for a few days. I have not been lactose tested but I know I'm intolerant and allergic because I always have the same exact reaction. I get super bloated and the gasses get trapped. If this could be a diet issue you could try laying off the heavy dairy and get some gas relief from otc meds, chiropractor and massage therapy.

I was just wonderi g if you ever came up with ananswer.
I just went to
The Dr. Yesterday for the exact same thing. But I have an idea what it is before I went, but could also explain what you may also did., but I was needing a mri of my lower back, so i wentry to the V.A. to get it done since I am a veteran and my civilian Dr. Wanted me to get one done. Well, to get anything like that done through the V.A. you have to also sign up for lower back therapy also, which I think is a waste of time, since it can also damage you or make the problem worse, in my case it made it worse. But in therapy at my first session the therapist hooked me up to a table that strapped around your waist, then two straps that went around your shoulders and under your arm pits to keep your upper body in place while the lower straps around your waist that were hooked up to a hydrolic part that pulled your waist down, final result was pulling your spine so that any bulging disk could slip back into place. And this machine is a really great tool, but the therapist didn't take any care after I explained to him that I had just had a total shoulder replacement just 3 months prior and I was still doing therapy for that and had a five pounds limit on my left side , so five minutes into the session that was a 19 minute session, my shoulder started hurting,, so I stopped it and then I told the therapist that I should wait and ask my shoulder Dr. About doing this before I continued, then he agreed and then took my left strap off and put it in my right hand and said just hold on to it through the session, I knew this wouldn't turn out good, and it didn't. Two days later the pain was so terrible in the same exact spot you are talking about , my civilian Dr. Told m3 that I had pulled a muscle, he gave me muscle relaxers and told me to rest it, I had asked the Dr. Why it took two days for it to show up, he r3plied that the therapy session made the area week, and just a wrong turn, or anything could have triggered the situation after that.I know this is a long reply, but I wanted to get the whole story out there in case you had done something similar. I'm still in pain and it's been 4 days, But getting a little better, but a pulled muscle can take forever. Good luck, I hoped this helped.

Hi, I have had pain between my shoulder blades as well as the right side of my back and under my rib cage at the front on the right side. I have had xrays, scans, ultrasounds that have all shown nothing out of the ordinary, I have done kidney and liver cleanses which did not help either. Finally after 20 years of agony with the same complaint out of despair I approached a physiotherapist which I have done before to no avail however this time was different as I got a new physio this time round. He pinpointed the source of my pain and unlocked the muscle that had been tight all these years. The exercise he gave me to unlock the muscle was to stand up against a wall with my back to it and with my feet about a foot apart, raise my arms over my head with my hands close together, turning the palms of my hands inwards as far as I could with them pointing back towards the wall then bend my torso with it still against the wall as far to the left as possible making sure my right should extended over as far as it could, and to push into the pain as far as I could and hold for a few seconds then release and to do this for as many times as I could. After about three times of doing this I felt a movement under my rib cage, almost like a slow popping and then came waves of pain spasms that were unbearable well into the night. By the morning my original pain levels that I associated with everyday life for the last 20 years and decreased markedly. After doing these exercises for another couple of days my pain has completely disappeared and I feel like I have my life back. The Physio figured it was a result of poor posture over the years, he gave me exercises to continue with each day that I am doing, it has been a lot of years since I felt this good and hope this may be a solution for you and your pain, hopefully you too will be living pain free soon.
