I'm in college for a medical field and just wanted to let you guys/gals know even if you are a virgin you can't ALWAYS rule out STIs or STDs, especially if you work in an office, or live in the city and use public restrooms. Always use toilet seat covers, or hover if you have to. You never know if the person before you had something and pissed on the seat or got feces on any area of the toilet, or if they had an outbreak with a STD or any contagious disease. If something is hurting and you're not certain what it is, it's always a good idea to see your healthcare provider.

Hi, I know where you're coming from. I'm only a teen, but I have the same problems; blister-like bump in the rectum, burning/itchy sensation, and it also hurts to sneeze, cough, or do anything that constricts the anus. I also noticed a little blood in my stool and when I wiped. It started gradually, and I waited three days to tell my mother and get it checked out. I went to the doctor last night, and it turns out that the bump is an external hemorrhoid. The small amount of blood came from a rectal fissure. Both of these were said to have come from pushing too hard for too long, possibly constipation. The doctor told me that hemorroids are common, including teens and people of all ages. Nothing really to worry about, unless you get a blood clot, and it has to be surgically drained. Ointment, laxatives, easy-going, and you'll be good in about a week.

I am a 17 year old male, no sexual history, I have a small lump on the left hand side of my anus which is painful when i apply pressure directly to the area or when i sit down, the pain dissipates after a couple of minutes, when I'm moving, which I do reguarly the lump has a mild tingling sensation, and I have had normal bowel activity, and thorough hygeine habits.

Well observing your symptoms, I believe you may be suffering with a condition called “Hemorrhoids”. The hemorrhoids are the swollen veins in the anal canal. Yes this is a common problem and it is not serious but can be very painful. These are formed internally as well as externally.
In your case, external hemorrhoids are formed. These can be the causes for the formation of these hemorrhoids:
Constipation
Sitting for a prolonged period
Staining during the bowel movements
Anal infections
This can be treated by changing the diet habits, increasing the fiber diet (approx. 25-30gms) daily, drinking sufficient water. Avoiding the fast, processed foods also help to treat this issue. People can get benefit from the sitz bath (Sitting in Luke warm water for about 10-15mins). Yogurt can be helpful in making people relive from this condition.

I found that honey makes them burst instantly instead of dealing with the pain for weeks.honey is like an antibiotic and brings the puds and blood out.my doctor once told me it was like a pimple when I asked her to look at it.and I have never been back to dr again about it

if the pain only lasts a few days then im 70% sure its anal thrombosis .. google it

the pain may be gone but swelling remains a few weeks, but if its serious go see doctor.

you might have gotten it from physical strain, diarrhea, tight clothes, long toilet time :P

treatment:

Application of dod solving ointments, anti inflammatoric drugs and ice compressions as first measure. If there is no success under this treatment or severe pain, then only the operational therapy remains. A small cut is done after local anesthesia and the coagula is removed. So the complaints suddenly stop.

In case of insufficient procedure the whole knot has to be cut off. Additionally, a simultaneous stretch of the anal channel will take place, which leads to a better blood discharge.

fordyce spots which are harmless and the only way to get rid of them is through cosmetic surgery (slit and remove...ouch!) which may cause scaring. So, leave them alone.

Fordyce spots. They are harmless

If you are refering to lil white bumps under the rim of the penis head. Then those are normal. Im 33, and many years ago I saw a urologist for a testicular lump on my cord, which turned out to be a common benign cyst of semen build up. I digress, long story short i asked about my lil white bumps. Doc said they are normal. Call "prickly" something or other, cant recall. Though totally common. Dont worry.
