its from wiping ur butt too hard I had that happen to me right after I wipe too hard and I knew I did and I thought I hope I don't get bump for that one and next day bam I had one. u might want to try a softer tissue for those sensitive assholes.
just like u get all blisters from friction go easy on the anus when wiping its like a delicate flower and ur using a chain saw try wetting the tissue or using a moist towlett I should get paid for this.

I got a bump on my anus opening last week it was about pea size and painful the first day, now to my surprise i got one more bump there and the old one is almost gone and it ,is tiny and the new one is about pea size its quite uncomfortable .
