Ok so I'm 13 and have never done ANYTHING sexual in my life. For some reason I decided to try and shave just around the area where my underwear are because of this dance I am going to and I am wearing a dress, I didn't want anyone to see my "hairs" for whatever reason. I don't know if this is the reason, but I discovered a pain between-well my butt and vag- and not knowing what was discomforting me, took off my pants and took a look. I saw a red pimple like rash, and it hurts. It is on both sides, and I don't feel it unless it is touched. I am going to get a physical this week and I will inform my doctor of this formidable butt rash, but it doesn't keep me from worrying; first of all, it's embarrassing. Also, I really don't feel comfortable with anyone looking at my "area." I don't know if this will go away on its own or if I should seek any extra help? I am also really hoping that this won't keep me from attending the dance. Help?
Im not sure what it is myself but I know its not a boil if I were you I would tell my parents and ask to see a obgyn it also could be the muscle swelling down there if you've ever worn to tight of pants but its best to have an exam done to make sure its not an infection.

I'm having the exact same problem! Just yesterday i felt a lump in my lower area but i see here that most of you all have discovered it a cpl days after shaving but in my case i had not shaved around that area at all recently or you know a while maybe a few years lols (disgusting kinder, ik I'm sorry) i have no major issues with it I just only feel very minimum pain when i have a shower and cleaning around that area. i feel like seeing a doctor about it but i also have my monthly atm and am not sure what to do exactly or what it even is. I never had this before but I'm trying to find answers of what it could possibly be, but i can only think that maybe its an abscess or something i knw someone who had an abscess and left it too long and ended having to go into hospital for it but i'm too embarrassed to tell anyone atm. 19 and not sexually active but lost my virginity a cpl of months back I'm just hoping that thats not the case or cause. Or else I'll have some explaining to do with my parents

I have it after my bleeding stops and it hurts. Also I never shaved. I wonder if it has anything serious.
I'm a 13yrld female and I have something similar, might be the same thing. I'm nervous as to what it is. I noticed it just yesterday, and like you said it's painful, especially to touch, haven't looked at it yet. I wonder if it's going to have to be removed by a doctor.

Im 13 and nit sexually active in any way and about a 1-2 weeks ago my area was so itchy i cried becuase of the itchyness no matter how i sat or anything it was an uncontrolable itch and maybe 2 days ago i noticed a lump and it stings when i touch it or wheb i sit in a certain postition like many of you. I want to get it checked but im scared of what will happen or how to tell someone. So do any of you think they have an idea of what it is?

It only hurts when I touch it but it seems to be slowly going down
