Its probably a rising. I had one before. I went to my female dr, & he cut the side to drain the puss out. It was alot. They had it in a tube & took to get tested for something. Then he sewed it up with disolvable stitches. It was still hard tho. Just as you say, but nothing coming out. Thats infection that had set up. Antibiotics will make it go away.

Hi. I am 56 years old. I don't shave down there. For the past 3 months I have very red, irritated, itchy and burning skin between my anus and vagina. It seems closer to the vaginal area. I cannot wipe without it burning like hell. I only use hot water,. No soaps. It feels like a squishy lump.
What could it be?

I thought I was the only one with this until I found this website!!! My situation was kind of different received my bump from an injury. The bump was between my rectum and vaginal. My injury occurred around Tuesday last week and I didn't notice the bump until Thursday Friday night to Saturday morning I had so much pain I could barely sleep I couldn't rollover I couldn't do anything without pain Sunday I spent the whole day in bed with so much pain advil couldn't take it away. I set up a gynecologist visit for Monday in the late evening but Monday morning came in I was in so much pain I was crying I decided to go to the emergency room and then I told the doctors what happened and they actually had to cut it open and suck out the blood and pus. When they were done it was almost 1/4 cup of blood/pus. They said it was from my injury that it turned from the bruise to swelling and swelling couldn't go anywhere so it almost got infected. I'm so happy that I actually went to the emergency room because now I can finally walk and roll over in bed without crying in pain

It's not gross the doctor says it's more common when your very active. I was riding my horse and we were jumping over a fence and I smacked my butt into the saddle really hard

Hi, from our country people who have that are supposedly the ones who are likely exposed to cold conditions. For example: sitting on cold surfaces, not wearing enough warm clothss at the bottom area, etc.
We treat it by having a steam bath so that the steam can enter where the affected area is.
