Imasturbate often and have noticed a growing red lump on the shaft of my penis. It hurts to touch it. I am not sure what it is but some research I did brought me to believe it is a lymphocele. I am not sure though.

I am not sure what exactly sexually active means, I’ve never had sex but I masturbate daily. It’s gotten bigger over the course of a few days and I’ve had it for almost a month now
Ok so sexually active means do you have sex of any type, anal, vaginal or oral. It’s possible the bump is an ingrown hair or a lymphocele. how often do you masturbate? Do you use any lube? And are you rough when you do it like squeeze hard or masturbate fast?

Hey there so it’s possibly this is from masturbating too rough especially without lube. I would try to not masturbate for a few days and see if the bump goes down. Also are you circumcised?

Ok so that’s even more reason to either use lube or be a little more gentle when you masturbate because the friction can cause irritation to your penis.
