I'm from Spain :P
1) I'll try to drink that quantity, okay!
2) I always make sure to clean it. The pain comes too even if i do it in the shower, so it shouldn't be a cleaning problem. The foreskin is a little bit irritated and a little bit more.."sore"(?) like more thick (not hard tho, just thick like if it had water in it). But my hands gives 0 reaction to semen.

If it's the semen that's making this effect, it has to be the one remaining inside (if that happens by "mistake")

Well no matter what there is semen inside you left over when you ejaculate. I would try and drink more water throughout the day and many try ejaculating when you have to urinate and then as so as you are able to urinate do it. The goal is to flush any excess semen from your urethra as soon as possible after ejaculating. Does that make sense? I would also wait until u have to pee a good amount so when you do urinate I good amount of urine come out to flush it.

I've tried urinating in less than 10 mins from ejaculation, and it hurts when doing so and wont fix the problem afterwards :( I also try to squeeze all the remaining semen for like a minute, also without effect.
I'll try to drink more water from now on. Btw, could an infection be the cause?

I would be very surprused if it was an infection. You said you were not or have never been sexually active at all including vaginal anal and oral sex? Pluse if there's pain you usually don't get it only after ejaculation

Nope, not sexually active. I'm really looking forward to fixing this problem before that happens T.T.
Btw, sometimes the pain is still there without erection. I notice that if I've gone for a walk or something (before those 8h). The pain is really unbearable even in this flacid state (pain level = making painful faces) (i don't really know how to quantify pain).

That is odd..... Does it ever hurt when you pee. Not after you ejaculate? I wonder if your semen is overly acidic or alkaline? When is the next time you go to your doctor?

Hi Guest,
I think Biomajor has done a great job of narrowing down the possible causes of this pain.
My thoughts are that it is not a semen allergy. It doesn't fit your symptoms. What does fit is your prostate. There are muscles in the prostate that force semen out and into your urethra.
You aren't doing anything to obstruct your urethra are you? Some guys do block the end to try to shoot further.
The prostate also serves as a "valve" to either urinate or ejaculate and you can have some "difficulty" urinating while the transition is taking place.
It may be that you could have a form of prostatitis. It is very common and often more common in uncircumcised males.
I'd suggest a visit to a urologist for an evaluation.
Hope it helps.

Thanks dan. I sometimes forget about prostatitis in the younger age population but you are very correct and it is more common with uncircumcised males. Thanks for pitching in :). I would at least start with seeing your general physician if you can't get right in to a urologist. Many of them can still treat your and if need be they can refer you to a urologist. If you are scheduled for a general physical soon this would be a good time to ask about it. Otherwise just call and schedule an appt. specifically for this condition.

It doesn't hurt to pee without an ejaculation before. I'm gonna answer the doctor part on my answer to medic-dan

I'm not actively doing anything to force that :/ Maybe by mistake but i never tried to block it (I will pay extra care next times).
I always thought that prostate problems are more of an "adult" thing and never really considered it. One of the times i was looking for info, I read something about that "valve" thing, and i noticed that I have no problem urinating when erect and/or close to ejaculation... does that mean my valve isn't working correctly?

In response to both of you, going to a doctor was my next step. It's been long since i've gone to a doctor, both my parents have studied medicine so i barely visit specialists. But seeing that this problem has gone for many years and it's really starting to affect me, i'm sure i have to arrange a meeting with one. Let's see how i can make it without my parents really noticing; i know it's stupid but i don't really want to talk about this with them.

Btw Biomajor, yesterday i tried to drink 1500ml of water..That's a huge quantity :/ I spent the day going to pee transparent urine, but i'll try to keep this 'water diet'.

PD: It is difficult to treat prostatitis?

Yes when you first drink more water it definatly feels like you are in the bathroom all the time lol but your body should adjust overtime. Having clear urine shows that you are hydrated and your urine is dilute. And it's understandable to not want to talk to your parents about this. It probably is easier to bring it up to a doctor. As for being able to urinate with an erection some can do it easier than others and I do not think it necessarily means there is an issue with your urethral sphincter (valve). We will see what dans thoughts on it are. It sounds like you ejaculate normally. Valve issues usually result in retrograde ejaculation where the semen goes into your bladder instead of your penis. And depending on the cause of prostatitis antibiotics can usually treat it. However this seems to have been going on for a while from what you said.

Prostatitis can happen at any age. It is probably one of the most common problems in young men. It doesn't mean that there is a problem with the "valve."

The "valve" thing is just part of what the prostate does. It's a muscular organ. It can hurt like any other muscle. You say you edge, that can increase the workload for the prostate. It's getting ready for an ejaculation.

You could have a slight infection. Not being circumcised does increase the risk. Antibiotics are the usual treatment.
