i get exactly what you describe this last 8 months since starting trying to concieve, after endless blood tests, examinations by multiple doctors, a laparoscopy and surgery 2 remove a 3cm ovarian cyst and 2 hospital admissions.. lol, i know its alot, my pain happens between day 10 thru 15 of my cycle.(26/27 day cycle... its ovulation pain, its the dominant folicle rupturing to release your egg into your fallopian tube and when this happens fluids such as blood is released also, this fluid causes the pain and pressure but your body absorbs it again and the pain eases, at least mine does, so sounds to me like your ovulating, altho i did have this exact pain when i had the ovarian cyst which was removed via surgery, hope this helps someone.

I had that same episode about 2 years ago and I was having a miscarriage. I was in terrible pain for a whole day with horrible cramps/contractions and I didn't know what they were but that night I had a huge clot come out and it was a miscarriage, I then rushed to the hospital cause I was so scarred I didn't have a clue what was happening. The docs at the ER said women have this kinda thing happen all the time, whether it be small clots or a large clot. You could be in ur first week of being pregnant and have a miscarriage but of course it's not going to hurt near as bad. They said mine was about 2 months along so that's why I was cramping so bad that day.

OMG I thought I was going crazy.... I have these same symptoms for the past year now.... I had cervical cancer and am now in remission. The thoughts of tbhis being something sinister is terrifying me but docs cannot find anything wrong have had test after test... I am gone to the stage where intercourse is a no no as the pain is unbearable.... I just wish they could give me a diagnosis and help me out living on pain killers as it even hurts to walk.... :'( back in hospital Tuesday so please God they find out what the hell is wrong with me great to see I am not the only one with this problem and great to talk about it as I think my family and friends are sick of hearing me complain

I had 3 years of uti's pain in lower pelvic region

3 yrs of antibiotics caused

Candida overgrowth and parasites that come with it.

Immune system has been destroyed.

Drs caused this now refuse to help fix it.

Bad bloating , gas, constipation alt w diarrhea....

I dont have a life anymore....

Trying Hulda Clark....parasite program....

kidney and liver cleanses etc look into it.

Also go to biomedica.com I think it is...

ck out their remedies.

EXERCISE FOR PELVIC AREA...LAY ON FLOOR

put legs in air  over the head and put toes on

floor if you can if not bend knees and just

hold legs in air

DO KEGELS WITH LEGS IN AIR....this seems

to help. SOUNDS CRAZY but it does.

Also I think Crohns disease site is helpful

it can cause these symptoms too......................

EAT frozen cooked in butter spinach (high

in iodine) and

wild caught salmon

and sweet potatoes...

I really think this PELVIC PAIN all started

with gut problems for me and the bloating

in the gut put pressure on the bladder

and tubes and caused pain and problems.

just too crowded w all that gas.............

FLEXING ANY MUSCLE IN YOUR BODY

WILL RID YOU OF GAS.  try it.

Did you ever find out what was wrong? I have the exact same symptoms and so far had the ultrasound and CT is scheduled for tomorrow. Dr wants to do a laporoscopy but i was hoping for something less invasive first .. . . I'm a runer and when I try to run now it feels like someone is stabbing my uterus. Constant pressure.

I have this same pain and it is excruciating walking or standing is nearly impossible laying on my side curled up is about the only relief and that just subsides a little. It's a constant achy heavy feeling and then the sudden sharp pains. It usually last about an hour maybe more for me and it comes and goes it isn't a constant thing.

I'm 17 years old i have a cold but am on my period at the same time, double whammy sucks right.Anyways i'm just experiencing this pain since yesterday but today it was like10x worse. my cramps are worse than normal and my period is extremely heavy. i would be sitting at the table to eat and as soon as i stand all this pressure hits n i thought i had to go #2 but that only made it worse it hurt to pee. Then i would get really nauseous and felt like passing out. If i cough the pressure and  in my lower stomach  gets worse i can barely handle laying down i try to relax but it doesn't help. Ive never been checked "down there"  and really don't want to. I end up having major meltdowns and freak out. I'm not sexually active. I did get mono twice from my best friend and grandma they said if i have a flareup again and I'm not careful something could burst.. i have no clue what it could be please help

I had pelvic pain for year, mine started as a dull ache,  but I had painful  cramps that doubled me over.   being female they  & I thought it was an obgyn issue,  I did the lupron, ilionguinal nerve block injections,  then we thought it was adenomyosis so I had a hysterectomy  but the pain continued, so then we thougth it was adhesions so I had them remove my ovary,   my pain continued,  i went to talk to a spine specialist to see if some kind of nerve block injections would help & she suggested it could be my hip.   I had a labral tear in my hip. my hysterectomy &overy removal was for nothing.  however during the hip repair he hit a nerve & now I have  burning thigh called merigal parethises  (sp?)

pelvic pain can be from lots of things, it's not easy to find the cause

I had those feelings after an induction that went south......labor was stalled, then suddenly my water broke and everything happened really fast. Needless to say, a very hard delivery. I had a full pelvic organ prolapse, as in uterine prolapse, rectocele, cystocele......delivered my uterus, bladder and apparently my colon fell too....ended up having surgery to have a mesh and transvaginal tape put in and the tightened my pelvic floor when my uterus was lifted back up

Had all the same symptoms.....am 10 years post menopause. Had all tests run...nothing. My gynecologist finally suggested Estrace vaginal cream.  7 days in a row, then 3 times a week. Almost gave up but voila......three weeks into the Estrace use I am finally feeling better.  Burning sensations, feeling of constant urination, pressure in vagina and rectum subsiding slowly.  Sometimes it is hard to be patient, but I am hopeful that this little jolt of estrogen will help on this menopause journey.

It sounds like it may be a yeast infection in your gut, which will eventually start showing in a rash on the exterior of your body when it gets really bad or you feel itchy. If this is the case, it takes hard work and change of diet. Follow a diet for celiac and remove all fruits and sugars from your diet for 8 weeks. You would need to increase your vegetable intake and fresh yogurt (not from a grocery store) find a local farmer or farmers market or make your own. If you can get your hands of some Nystatin that will help. Start searching the internet about YEAST, you will be amazed at how much damage it can do to your body and no Dr. will diagnose that one. Good luck.
