My guy friend has been experiencing dull burning pain with urination and ejaculation. He has been tested and is clear of STD's. He also had his prostate checked and it was normal as well. Epididymitis has been ruled out as well. What could be causing these symptoms?
I experience the pain very shortly *after* ejaculation or urination. The discomfort is most pronounced after the first pee that comes after ejaculation. It's been several years, and my regular doctor and the urologist he sent me to have not cured me.
