i am 19 years old and i still have the same size penisas when i was a child....I have pubic hair arm pit hair etc ..I am just waiting until it grows as Im sure there is nothing medically wrong with me.

well if i can ask.... what size is it when flaccid and erect?? chances are it has grown but because it grows so slowly it doesnt look like it to you/
also how big are your testicles?
