I had a consultation with a surgeon today and when I asked him about the risks, he said there's "about a 1% of incontinence." That really scared me. I certainly don't want to spend the rest of my life walking around with a diaper on.
Anyone know about this or have more information they can share?

Hi there, I know that there is a small chance that you'd have to take but I don't think that it would be reason to keep you from getting the surgery. With virtually every surgery, there is a small chance of something going wrong. A 1:100 chance seems pretty good to me. But it's up to you. Does anyone else have some insight?
