There are many possible causes of pimple labia. Some possible causes include:
Hormones. A labia pimple is especially common among women going through menopause and pregnant women, when hormones may be “out of whack.” They are not uncommon in adolescents, either, when hormones are changing.
Stress. Stress can cause acne, including a pimple on labia.
Drugs. Pimple labia can be a side-effect of many prescription medications. If you begin to develop pimples on your labia after starting a new medication, talk to your doctor. You may need to try a different medication if your pimples are severe enough to cause much discomfort.
Ingrown Hair. An ingrown hair can cause a pimple. It will usually work itself out, but if it doesn’t, you may end up needing to see a doctor for it. Ingrown hairs are more likely to occur if you shave the area, so be careful.
Hygiene. Excessive sweating can cause labia pimples to develop. Try to keep the area as clean and dry as possible. Wearing cotton underpants also helps prevent sweating. Over washing or using harsh, abrasive soaps may also cause pimples.
Diet. Certain foods can cause flare-ups of pimples. These foods may vary from person to person, but in general, if you eat a healthful diet and drink plenty of water, you’ll have better skin.
Treatment for Pimple on Labia
Often, a labia pimple will go away on its own. You don’t have to do anything to it. There are, however, things you can do to speed healing and reduce discomfort.
Do:
Wash the area several times a day with a gentle cleanser. An excellent all-natural choice is ClearSkin Skin Wash.
Pat the area dry after washing.
Wear cotton underpants. This helps to prevent sweating, which can cause pimple labia.
Apply a gentle pimple treatment, if needed. ClearSkin-A Gel is an excellent choice to treat acne.
Try some natural remedies. Lavender essential oil is a good cleanser. Tea tree oil has antiseptic qualities and is another good one to use.
Try a warm bath to relieve discomfort.
Don’t:
Touch the labia pimple more than you have to. You can irritate it, and you can also spread infection that way.
Try to pop a pimple on labia. You could end up making it worse.
Scratch or pick at the area. Breaking the skin could lead to an infection. Picking and scratching will also further irritate the area.
Use harsh cleansers or pimple treatments. The area is too sensitive for harsh treatments.
When to See a Doctor
See a doctor if you have pimple labia on a frequent basis. Your doctor can help you figure out what is causing the pimples and how to prevent them.

From the way you describe the bump, it definitely sounds like HPV (human papilloma virus), commonly know as genital warts. This is an STD. Because it is, as you say, "hard, round and in the skin. i tried to pop it nothing happened," this is the usual description of genital warts. You also said that you had unprotected sex the day before, which probably means that your partner transfered the virus over to you unknowingly. You should get it checked out by a doctor in person though.

Basically, if you find one, leave it be for a few days.
Eventually, they'll become easy to pop. If you can't pop it easily, don't force it. It'll hurt like hell and it still wont work.
But I suggest doing that in the shower... and it'll go away very quickly.
Just make be careful to wash that area well, and you won't get them often.

I had one of these on my labia for the first time, which made me very nervous because it had never happened and it spent at least 3 months developing. I think maybe that's true of some of the others, but they were never as noticeable because they were hidden under fat. lol I also stopped having those as often, so I can't remember how long they take to pop anymore.
