That's awfully vague. What kind of pimple? Like literally a pimple like you'd get on your face, which pops like a zit? if so thats normal. (though try not to pop it forcebly in case it isnt) Or it could be pearly penile papules or fordyce spots both of which are benign and harmless ^_^
