yeah I'm 17 too and when i popped mine it didn't hurt at all. In fact, it was probably one of the most satisfying pimple pops I'd ever had because I got all of the puss out... it was great.

Thank you so much i couldn't pop it and when i read that doctor will Pierce it i took my poitiest knife and it work without any pain at all. I am very grateful i have only had one but i am 19 and have had it since 15. It was about the size of an eraser.
