When you people talk about little white dots and say you never had sex before it may just be fordyce spots. I too was worried about this when I was younger as I had the same thing. Just do a search and you may be supprised how common these are and its nothing to worry about. Going to a doctor is always a wise decision for any concerns so man and go.

I get those also but I get them after I shave. They're called pubic pimples. Its not an STD or anything so there's nothing to worry about. [:
I have small pimples that look like whiteheads just below the line where my pubic hair stops round my vagina. Not in the flaps but on the outside of them. For googling the issuse I can find lost of infor about spots in the pubic region but none in the same place as me. I've not been sexually active yet, but I've had them for a few years now. I used to have really bad acne on my chest and back and just assumed it was to do with that. Now I'm on the Pill and my chest and back have cleared but the whiteheads are still there. They seem worse when I use a pad during that time of the month so now I'm not sure what they are. I'm only 15 and am too embarassed to tell anyone. Any idea what they could be or whether they are just pimples that will eventually go away?
Well to start, im 14 and im still a virgin but i have noticed some kind of pimple on the bottem of my Penis. I bearly saw it today and before I consult a doctor, I would like to know what this is first. Theres only one and it doesn't hurt. Can someone please tell me what this is?

Yeah.. I'm hoping mine are just pimples. But not really where much hair grows.. More like in between my inner thigh and vagina. It's on my panties line and they hurt when my underwear rub up on them. They've been there for a while and I know they're not an STD or herpes because I'm a virgin. At first I thought they were just razor bumps from shaving. Then I got this one and it's sensative and at times numb when I touch it. I squeezed it and puss comes out. So it could be a pimple, or I don't know what it is. Can somebody help me? I don't know what to do..
If you want to know if you have genital herpes you could get much better information from someone who has it than doctors who rarely know any more than a definition they read in a book! One main distinction between herpes and a pimple or any other disorder is that it is a blister. Idk why they say lesions because to most people that means a cut. Herpes does not have puss! And it to my knowledge and have been told by SOME doctors can only occur on a mucus membrane. That means the penis itself or the soft tissue of a females lips and inside of them. So if it has puss its not herpes! If its not a small clear fluid filled sack or clusters of that description you can most likely rule herpes out
. On another note I have these zit like things also with a white head and a hard ball underneath. They hurt when they're white heads but continue to swell and produce puss even after being popped. It started kind of between my but and pubic area and spread after being popped to one on my pubic bone and one on the side. I self diagnosed myself w a staph infection which is something you might look into. I treated myself w amoxicillan an anti biotic but didn't have enough. Also I used proactive sulfur mask on it and it helps incredibly! Sulfur dies stuff out. Anyways I'm beggining to doubt my self diagnosis ...so and other diagnosises that fit the bill let me know.

Want to respond to this post so that you feel better...but also because it happened to me after a month of not shaving or trimming my bikini area and it happened only on my left side. My mother is a nurse practitioner and said it's caused by having shaved (and then let the hair grow in) the hard material inside the bumps is sebum. She recommended using hotpacks and not picking at the bumps. The fact that these outbreaks happened on only the left side indicates that this had something to do with the direction I was shaving in with my right hand.

same thing as all of you guys, and lets face it. most of us are scared to go to a doctor about this, i know i am. well my problem started after i started shaving too, like they started growing in the parts that had been more difficult to shave. however, i do not have the little flesh ball inside of them, its more like i can see the hair follicle and the sebum like she said. i do sweat a lot and it goes down to those areas, so i think it somehow got infected. by the way, i am a 16 year old male, I'm not sexually active, and i do shave. if anyone can help further than the person with the nurse mother please do.
yeah i have the same problem, after i waxed, i started to get these pimples, i put on pimple treatment (meant for face) to see if that worked. ill make sure to tell you if it did. it hurts when pressure is applied
I take very good care of my genital region as to not get deseises and it started of as what I thought was a little bump or something like that but it's grown and grow and is now about 1cm in width and half in hight and i had one borrow but it wassnt a big and went away after 2 weeks do I have an sti I have tried popping it but that just made it sore and I'm pretty keen on staying away from doctors n sh*t but is it somthing I should get checked out
