I have the same thing after I shaved below. Some do have white heads

Molloscum contagioisum is not caused by a bacteria. It is caused by a virus and a pustules are actually warts caused by the virus. This is very difficult to get rid of because it spreads quickly

I've had before and currently am having the same issue. The girl I'm currently having sex with now has been tested since we first started having sex so as long as she's telling the truth I know I'm clean, even though I've had the same issue with past women as well (some steady, others not so much but it's through the consistent relationships I've been able to recognize the patterns). What I've noticed is that if it's been a while since the girl showered and perhaps used the restroom prior to intercourse, or been active in some sort of event or concert for example where bodily fluids could have been generated and had time to fester, in combination with a lack of hygiene on my part, e.g. not showering after sex before bed, is when I tend to get my breakouts. They usually resemble pimples, contained mostly within the lines of my pubic hair, last a few days, then disappear.

For demographic purposes, I'm a 23 year old white male, and I shave completely about once a week while sexually active.

**DISCLAIMER** I am merely providing an example of my experience, nothing I've stated has been proven or disproved! It is not a diagnosis!

And for any blossoming adults who may see this, when I was going through puberty I had random acne pop up in all kinds of "weird" places. Make sure that when you shave you go with the grain to prevent razorburn. In general, you may want to pay more attention to persistent symptoms, but always be mindful and remember it's better to be safe than sorry.

I am having the same problem.I never had it so bad my whole life. Yea, I would get some razor bumps but very small. I started getting waxed about a year ago, apx. 4 months ago these large bumps and ingrown hairs started. Ugh! I don't know what to do. I tried PBS solution for prevention and cortisone cream for swelling reduction. I scrub with dove soap and I have a sea salt lavender to exfoliate with. I'm trying to sleep naked. Maybe I should give up underwear too

Hi I'm experiencing the same thing after waxing and am freaking out? Did it end up being herpes?

Same is happening to me after I shave or some days for me about to see my menses

no, these cannot be herpes because I have gotten a few of these in my general area and I am a Virgin. it could be a few things, ingrown hair, acne, ect. if they look something like whiteheads and have white pus at the top, do not try squeezing them. try washing and keeping that area as clean as possible. if this continues to happen, you might want to get in touch with a doctor.

I am sacred I may have genital herpes but i don't want to go to the doctor. I am a virgin but I have had someone go down on me once. I have two bumps that are sort of skin colourish but I popped them both and blood has come out and made the bump smaller. I'm not sure what it is though. Help?

I have a poped pimple on my penis is that normal?

Have him use baby powder down there. It kinda dries it out a little bit and stops it from getting all sticky and moist. I have yet to try it but a buddy of mine does it and he says it works.

Hi everyone. I used to have these little white bumps in my pelvic region that would bleed when I tried to pop them. I asked my doctor about them and he said it was some kind of infection but was not an std. He had told me I would need to have them lasered off which I did not want to do! If I popped them, the infection would spread and cause more so I tried to figure out a way to get rid of them myself. I am not a doctor, but what I did worked and I don't see any way that it could really be too bad. I would pop the ones I had then take a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on it and rub it all over my pelvic area. Even if I didn't have any to pop I would still put rubbing alcohol in the area at least twice a day trying to kill off any bacteria. Within a month all of the bumps were gone! It's been about two years and I haven't had any come back and I haven't used rubbing alcohol since they all disappeared. Like I said, I'm not a doctor, but maybe that can help some other people with the same issue! Good luck!

Sounds like an ingrown hair. Scrub daily to exfoliate dead skin

I'm a male and this is the exact thing I have going on with me. I don't have bumps on my penis or anywhere else just where my hair is. Me and my girlfriend haven't done anything sexual yet because I don't want to give her anything if I do have something. I think the bumps grow there because I do sweat alot down there, no matter how much I bathe I still get the bumps in my pubic hair. This makes sense though because I sweat alot on my face and get bumps or pimples as well. The bumps in my pubic hair don't itch or anything they just pop and bleed like the ones on my face. I believe they are just acne bumps and can go away with some acne wash or something.
