I have a red spot right dead on my pubic area to the left a little, about a 1/4 of an inch away from the shaft. it dont know what it is and it hurts if i touch it, im only 13 any suggestions?
Hey, I wanted to throw this out there and see what you guys think.
I have some pimple-like spots appearing on my pubic area and no where else. Nothing on my penis or scrotum, just in the pubic region where I usually shave. They look like little circles with a whitish/clear-ish top, and if I pop them sometimes I get a little bit of a puss-like substance out of them, and then some deep red blood comes out. I first noticed them about 1-2 about a week ago and now there's about 10 of them. I popped a few of them, and they're healing, but new ones are coming up, so I'm getting worried. Some of them came to a head and were like pimples, but the majority are smaller and don't get raised as much as those did. I recently didn't shave down there for a few weeks, and then went and shaved it, and these popped up about a week or so after that. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I'll throw it out there. Also, I haven't really been sexually active recently. Recently I did have oral (unprotected) sex, about 2 months ago, and last time I had protected sex was in January. Also, these spots don't hurt at all, and only itch (mildly) if I start to think about them and what they could possibly be...
Just curious as to what it might be? I've been reading up and found a bunch of things it could be but wanted to see if I could get input. Can't really get to a doctor at the moment.

First of all please check your diet. I also experienced this and it was due a dirty blood. What you have to do is clean your blood. Start by drinking lots of water and detoxicate your blood by cleaning your liver. To detoxicate your liver you should drink (again) lots of water, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice etc.. You will notice that these pimpels will start to go away. Also, by doing this u will feel more energetic and light. No need for energy drinks or any of those stuff. They only mess up our blood and thus our system

ok i think i have an effective at home solution.
so i am a 22 year old male had this same problem. on the skin, just above my penis, beneath the hair. i had this 'breakout' immediatly after receiving oral. pimple looking things, not painful itchy or anything, the little pearl of what looks like puss inside, this forum helped me determin it was Molluscum_contagiosum (which btw was such a relief, so although it sucks, do be relieved you dont have something awful an incurable like herpes)
after freaking out a bit, here what i did: treated them like pimples.

if at a time of the day when you shower:
-in the shower (hot water to open pores) i would pop them with a tweezer (now dedicated solely to this) get every spot of puss out, till blood. then you know u have it all.
-wash it all very well in the shower, be sure not to touch other sensitive skin while doing this. and wash ur hands throughly before continuing to do your face and body (i would do those before starting to pop these).
-when i got out, let that area air dry, and dry the rest of me. (this is jsut to avoid spreading any missed puss, that is how u will spread the outbreak)
if not at time of shower:

-be sure not to touch other sensitive skin while doing this. and wash ur hands throughly
-then i cleaned the whole area with warm water, than baby wipes. baby wipes destroy bacteria like the terminator. if you dont have baby wipes, i recommend getting them, but you dont need them.
THEN DO THIS:
- i then used Listerine mouthwash and dabbed it on the area (alcohol would work fine as well, this was all i had. burning is good means disinfecting)
-after a heavy dabbing of alcohol, i dabbed 'witch hazel'... this supposed just makes the area less sensitive somehow, which will help not spreading. but if u did a good job cleaning up the puss, this isnt entirely necessary.
-then wear soft underwear, nothing abrasive that will irritate it.
to be honest i was desperate to get rid of it. i also sprayed lyson on it at one point...kills 99.9%bacteria, it was worth a shot. and that actually worked very well.
REMEMBER KEY POINTS
-get the puss out, this is the infection
-kill the bacteria. anything that will key it will help. (windex, alcohol, baby wipes, lysol) and i doubt bleach is a safe idea, but if u do it, let us know how it works

DONT DO THIS
-theres an old trick with pimples, that you put toothpaste on it and it dries them out overnight, wake up perfect. if you do this after popping them you WILL spread it. the toothpaste doesnt kill the bacteria only cradles it and lets it seep into ur skin.
my breakout began on 4/29. it is now 5/10 and it is almost totally gone. also a strong immune system helps, be healthy!

i have the same thing but it doesnt itch i think its natural there prob sweat glands ,.if it itches im pretty sure u have genital herpes .i know u might be scared but i recommend go get cheacked u dont want to be a walking std and effect inocent people.n if your clean thank god and keep your legs close until your marriage
Those white bumps are from waxing and shaving the hairs. If you shave the wrong direction or too much it can cause ingrown hairs and infection. You have only two choices. Pop them and clean them up( with me they are ingrown hairs so carefully with a tweezer and remove the hairs and put some neosporin or something to clean it so it doesn't get infected) or go to your doctor and have them check it out. This seems to work and it doesn't spread at least in my case. Keep it the area clean and refrain from shaving for awhile. If the pimples or bumps are spreading it would be a good idea to check it out. If you don't feel comfortable with my advice and still prefer to seek professional help please do. I'm not a doctor but have read up on what it is and found it is ingrown hairs that causes the whiteheads and are reason why some of the pimples may be painful. if they aren't whiteheads and you see something that may be a hair than it can still be an ingrown hair. I rarely get the whiteheads but when i do it's usually when i shave too much.
Don't worry folks. Yes it is spread through sexual contact. My husband has this as well and just went to the derm about it. It is most likely folliculitus and you can use hydrogen peroxide or a cream called tend skin. The hair follicles are infected. This may be found in the pubic area (where because of sweat it most likely is started) and can spread through contact to other hairy areas. My husband has it on his facial hair and scalp because he has scratched each area. After sexual contact, I now have the bumps myself.
If this is what yours is, it is not a big deal and probably should just be treated. But unless both partners get treated you will continue giving it back to eachother. Wash your hands well. Wash after sex and use those treatments to get rid of the bumps.
I have been having the same problem. Im 12 And i am a girl. The pimples are medium sized and they appear on my pubic hairs and around my vagina lip. I am scared to tell either of my parents because i dont want them to think that i have been having sex( which i havent). Whats happebeing to me?!?!?!
This is just pimples caused from sweat, improper eating etc. It is nothing to worry about you should wash it with some anti acne medicine, whatever works for you and it should go away. (my gf has this)
I have had several small white bumps for a couple of days.Unlike alot of other posters I am not sexually active. Only thing different for, me (besides some high anxiety) is I was recently prescribed Voltaren Gel for my elbow. Could this be an NSAID sensitivity? I know I must see a dr about this, it hurts. But I just need some comfort now. Ya know?
My fiance and I have the same exact issue. I noticed she had these little bumps on her inner thighs after we had sex one day. She decided to try and "pop" these bumps but they don't pop. If you scratch with your nail, a flesh-like ball of skin rips out and then bleeds uncontrollably. I began getting these bumps too thereafter. It must have spread to me after she began scratching them and they were bleeding. I was itchy just above my penis around my belt line one night and started scratching. I could feel these little bumps and I thought it was a rash/pimples so I scratched them and tried getting the ooze out. No ooze. Just the balls of flesh under the nail when exposed. I was bleeding all night and it wouldn't stop. What is this? Is it from sex/sweat? I have never seen this before. PLEASE HELP! My fiance thinks I have given her an STD!!! I told her I had never experienced this before. Please help me :(

Im hving the same problem, mine dont have whiteheads though. They are just dark purple & red bumps. I had one awhile back, but it went away then suddenly I have 3! 2 red & 1 dark purple bump. the purple one popped and bled a little bit, I'm really afraid of what it is and dont want to see a doctor.

Hopefully this helps some of you. I've been having the same problem. One large pimple at the top of my pubes near the wasteline, and an itchy sometimes painful rash under my right nut on my thigh. I wasnt sure what the large pimple was for about a week. It hurt to the touch and i can see dry dead skin at the surface. Finally today when i squeezed it some white pus came out followed by blood. I'm pretty sure i have what is described in the link above because i do sweat a lot in that area. Hope i helped some of you
