Every case is different. I had this problem for 20 years until I found the culprit: The DREADED "PALM OIL". This ingredient has been found to cause low level inflammation and clogs pores as it tries to leave the body.

Steps to take:

1: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE anything with PALM OIL in it.

2: Wash the affected area gently daily to remove that days worth of coating of oil from the scalp.

3.Speed the drying up of the oil  by applying DISTILLED VINEGAR to the bumps.

4: Apply HYDROCORTISONE to help bring the inflammation down.

5: I haven't tested this, but: Aloe Vera gel mixed with about 8 drops of tea tree oil to further dry up oil blockage on the scalp.

I hope this helps!

Hey I just started realizing pimples in the back of my head. They started as justa couple and this morning im just scared of what im feeling. I thought it was lice but my head isnt itchy and ive checked for lice. The one and only change in my life has been how often I wash my hair. I used to work at a hair salon and all my life I have heard that washing your hair everyday is bad. So instead of washing it everyday I went to washing it once or twice a week. My hair is soo greasy that I think that may be the problem. So what I am going to start to do is to wash my hair every other day/every day to see if my scalp just needs more cleaning (plus its summer time and my head sweats a lot) also try that and maybe get an ointment for the pimples.

i get to the point where i get multiple bumps and lose hair in the spot they develop. i drain pus and blood from these bumps. apple cider vinegar works taking a drink once in the morning on an empty stomach and once at night. there are a lot of factors that have been mentioned before that all add together to cause this immune suppressed response to stress. you need to sleep well, exercise, eat well and avoid yeast, scrub, etc. the ACV is a natural antibiotic and will work to change the gut response of inflammation. i believe most of the breakouts are systemic and all the other lifestyle factors add or take away from this compromised systemic problem.

My guy had them too. I suggested grinding up some garlic and apply it worked for him. ☺️ Also beware of excessive sweat while wearing hats or helmets, will make it worse.

For ten years I’ve had the same issue and it was annoying. Hated going to the barber like everyone here. Tried everything from shampoos to washing my head at nights with a special soap. Nothing worked for me until I decided to change my diet. I started a keto diet (low carbs, high fats) and whitin 3 days they’ve disappeared. It’s been 2 months now and so far it’s been working for me. I go to the barber every 2 weeks and don’t feel embarrassed.

I have been applying fresh ginger microwaved for 1 minute then pounded to a pulp in a jelly sieve bag to release the juices and my pimples on back of head and neck have gone away after a week of treatment

I can guarantee that the cause of this for me is ham. That’s right, ham. Lunch meat or spiral ham, it doesn’t matter. I eat it and it’s a guarantee that I’ll break out on the back of the skull and behind the ear. It’s annoying. I tested this over thanksgiving and I’m paying for it now.

Look at the foods you’re eating. Something may be triggering it. Good luck!

Long term Cortisone use can screw you up.

Eating raw garlic every now and then helps.

This is an allergic reaction to dairy. Elimination of all dairy including cheese and butter will clear it up and prevent it from happening.

CHRISTOPHER333 is my user profile name.  Cow Casein proteins are responsible for many issues that the human body negatively react to.  Acne is one of them and unfortunately, acne near the base of the hairline and scalp area is a result from consuming it.  Cow Casein protein found in dairy is in many products.  Dairy is the number 1 ingredient in all food products in America.  Whey Protein is dairy.  If your body suffers from acne, allergies such as sinus, nasal, ear, throat, lung etc, Dairy is most likely the cause.  Dairy lowers your immunity making you susceptible to illness and diseases of all sorts.  It is also a contributor to adrenal fatigue.
