Pimples in the back of the head? and around?

i use lux . i have also that . fcking problem in my head at the back i can't .. go to barbershop to cut my hair . it's so annoying ... but know i try to use Glutathione lux, he minimize my pimples and very fast to dry . try it

I have been getting pimples or something behind my head. I don't sleep with my hair wet or anything. What could it be, and what can I do to stop that?

It might be folliculitis decalvans - a chronic folliculitis of the scalp that can lead to scar formation and hair loss. It forms tender red swollen hair follicles from deep-seated infection. It is often treated with long courses of antibiotics - sometimes several at a time - and therapeutic shampoos. If this is the problem, it is pretty rare and may need a skin biopsy (skin sample made with a sharp sterile punch) sent for pathological analysis to get the final diagnosis. I have only had one patient with this, and he only had minimal improvement with prescriptions from the dermatologist, and he eventually stopped going to the dermatologist and just used over-the-counter treatment which helped a little bit.
