I AM REALLY, REALLY SCARED!!!!! for the past 3 weeks, my clitoris has been 100% numb as in i CAN'T FEEL *ANYTHING AT ALL* in it!!! :(
every day it gets darker and darker like there's no blood flow to it. i am so scared i don't know what to do. i am so scared i don't think i will ever feel anything in it again, and i won't ever have another orgasm. i don't know what to do. i am crying! there is no pain, just nothing.
as a test i even took needle nose pliers a few hours ago and just squeezed my clitoris REALLY hard with it, and NOTHING!! no pain or feeling or anything. i am so scared, i don't want to go to a doctor it's too embarassing.
WHAT DO I DO???? what kind of woman am i without a clitoris? :(
PLASE HELP!!!

You should go see a doctor as soon as possible.
What did you do three weeks ago to cause this?

You need to seek emergency care right away. Based on your description, your clitoris may be dying or may already be dead. You don't need to feel embarassed in front of doctors. It is their job to treat you instead of judging you. You need to stop the gangrene, or whatever that is causing this, from spreading to the rest of your body. Even without a clitoris you can still have vaginal and uterine orgasms. Go to the ER now.
omg i guess i do need to i can't believe this is happening. i'm going right now. :-(
i am SO UPSET RIGHT NOW i have no idea what to do! i went to the ER and they said i had complete necrosis of the clitoris. it was already completely dead. they had to amputate WAY down at the base, it's completely gone now. my god what the hell happened? they said it was just localized to that. I AM NOT EVEN 15 YET WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?!?!
i had to stay overnight and they are having me take some powerful anti-biotics and they gave me a strong benzocaine ointment to help with any pain. i have no idea what even caused this. WHAT DO I DO?!?! I DON'T EVEN FEEL LIKE A WOMAN ANYMORE!!! i'll never feel sexual pleasure or have an orgasm ever again. :$
WHY?!?! i just want to die. :-(

Jenny14,
I am so sorry. I feel terrible for you. You can still have orgasm, it just may take a bit longer for you to warm up to that. From what I have observed, the G-spot orgasm appears to be much more intense and pleasurable than clitoral orgasm for many women. You can stimulate your G-spot using a special kind of dildo with a curvature near the tip. Also, you can still feel pleasure by manually stimulating your labia and your nipples. As far as I am concerned, you are still very much a woman.
As to the possible cause of clitoral necrosis, congenital defects in the clitoral blood vessels can result in hypoperfusion and subsequent tissue death. There have also been reported cases of strangulation of the clitoris by clitoral hair. I am guessing that certain bacterial infections of the necrotizing variety can also cause this. It is not your fault that this happened.

Hi Jenny,
I have a ulcus on my clitoris and doctor told me, he has to take the ulcus and my clit as well. I would like to talk to other girls that lost their clit.
I know it's been a long time since you posted this, so I don't know if you'll see this, but this is just in case you come back.
Before anything else, I want to say I am sooooooo sorry for you. It's awful that this happened to you. :( :( :(
But there is still hope. First off, the external clitoris is only a small part of the entire body of the clitoris. Over 90% of the clitoris is internal, along with many many nerve endings. So your body definitely still has the capacity to have orgasms.
The most likely way to stimulate the internal clitoris is through the vagina. That's what people call the "G-Spot." Every woman's anatomy is different. In some women, the legs of the internal clit come down close enough to the vagina that you can stimulate them by pushing against the internal wall of the vagina. In some they don't. In each woman, the location can be different as well. But basically, the most likely way to stimulate the internal clit is to gently but firmly massage the front wall of the vagina, about 1-3 inches in, like you're pressing out against the pubic bone. You might find a spot where it works, you might not. If you do, then rejoice, because you some women can have screaming powerful orgasms that way. You might be one of them.
The other way you might still be able to cum would actually be through breast and nipple stimulation. This mostly relies on your brain, your own arousal and passion and surrender to sensations. But if you give in to it and let yourself become aroused enough, and have patience, it can be possible to have orgasms that way. For the women it works for, I hear it can be amazing.
Again, every woman is different. You'll have to get to know your own body in ways you never needed to before. But the most important thing to consider is that you still have the most powerful sex organ of all: your brain. If you get aroused enough, ANYTHING can feel amazing. Every nerve ending in your body can come alive.
There may actually be a silver lining. Bodies are very good at adapting. It's like when an adult goes blind. If you had good vision before, and you go blind, your body will start compensating. Your ears will become sharper. Your smell will become sharper, your sense of taste and touch.
When you lose as many nerve endings as are in the external bit of the clitoris, your body will compensate. Every sensation across your body has the potential to become far, far more sensitive than it was before.
It's definitely a heavy blow, but there is still sex in your future. There is still pleasure. And there may even still be orgasms. Don't give up. Let your mind take over, and use the body you have to its fullest extent.
Good luck.
girl same im 14 ur not alone :((
