I am sorry to hear all the troubles you folks are having. My gallbladder was removed 3 days ago. I am just eating normally.
The thing is, 'normally' for me is also called the Paleo diet.
The only difference is that Paleo is a fairly high fat diet; personally, I just cut out most of the fats.
True Paleo does not allow sugar, starches such as potatoes and grains, dairy products, any and all pre made foods that contain any chemicals (that is what is causing all our woes).
I have fruit for breakfast, protien and veggies for lunch and again for dinner, if I get hungry between meals a little more fruit usually works. Ice tea or juice of a lemon, water and stevia as a sweetener for a drink; also plenty of water all day. You are allower to mix foods and be creative. One of my favorite salad dressings is a mashed mango with just a couple of drops of EVOO and/or vinegar.
The key is to use pure, clean, whole, real foods.
Paleo is the foods of the hunters and gatherers - caveman.
Get a Paleo diet book and/or google Paleo diet. educate yourself.
Try it for a month and see if you don't feel 100% better.
I can only control my dumping if i eat smaller more frequent portions.
I am a muslim so i fast for 1 month a year from sunrise to sunset. let me tell you that when i break my fast with a big meal after a long day of fasting, I get the worse, most immediate diarrhea imaginable.
