Okay do me and my girlfriend were messing around having dry sex. And I felt Like I did pre ejaculate, but then we stopped for about 10 minutes to talk about having actual sex. And we agreed to so I went to wash my hands and everything to be safe. So about 20 min has passed since I have, then I put a condom on and we have sex. But when I was done I realized that it was only covering 3/4 of my penis. It wasn't broke or anything. So i don't know if and pre ejaculation could of still got her pregnant. If it was dry sex and you didn't actually enter her than the chance of pregnancy should be nil.
