I'm 9 weeks pregnant. Thursday I went to my first doctors appointment and got blood drawn. My doctor called me Friday to tell me that I had Chlamydia. She gave me a prescription and I took it as soon as it was filled. How long does it take for it to work? I have another appointment with her in a month. Should I schedule one before that to be checked again or should I just wait till my next appointment?

The antibioitic usually clears up the infection within 7 days. Has your partner been tested though? You can get reinfected.
Normally you are told "no sex" for a week.
You can/should get retested at your next appointment.
