Im pretty sure i have jocks itchi woke up one mornin and my scrotum dry so i took a shower and it was normale for about 5 minutes than it went back to dry and it started getting itchy so i scratched it and it got all flakey and the next day it spreaded to the tip and middle of my penis what should i do is this normale or do i need to seea doctor.
