Well, the key to a great sex life is communication. If you're both virgins, that's going to be extra exciting, to explore sex together for the first time. Even so, both of you will definitely know what an orgasm feels like when you have one. The female climax feels similar to the male climax for women, in that it's a wave of pleasure that feels like a conclusion of some kind. Just ask your new wife to let you know when she's orgasmed if you want, though you will come to recognize all the signs in time.
