Recently, I have noticed a rash like break out on the tip of my penis. It seems like it comes from rubbing against rough jeans or something. But it developes a scab and seems to heel only to come back days later. The problem does not burn and cause pain but it is very irritated and sometimes itches. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I have no insurance and would like some insight befre paying for a doc.
