I have noticed a small pimple on my shaft, it is red and purplish. It hurts alitte, is it harmful? How can I treat it? I am not sexually active.

I reckon it will go away on its own, sooner if you don't squeeze it and touch it all the time. Sounds like a normal zit to me and nothing to worry about since you are not having sex.
