I recently received these sort of red bumps on the anterior side of my fingers, they also looked like red blisters bt however did not feel like an actaul blister

Are the bumps sore? Because they flake they sound to me like dermatitis. Dermatitis is irritation of skin, in your case skin on your fingers that can be caused by number of things – from sweat to virus or bacteria. And it definitely can be allergy. Maybe you should try asking your pharmacist to give you some calming or anti-allergy cream, there are plenty of them available over the counter. If they don’t help you will need to see a doctor because no one can really know what exactly is the cause without seeing how it looks like.
