If you're bleeding... you've gotten your period... that made no sense...
The red goo coming out is part of your uteroun walls. It's shedding and tends to come out in pieces. It's red because of the blood from your period. When you're ovulating you will get white discharge. The discharge will also look like goo. During your period you are cleaning out and basically getting rid of the eggs you have. When you are off your period there will be a time when you get white discharge which means your eggs are good to go.
It's pretty common to have an irregular period. Usually hanging out with another woman will regulate your period. When I was living on my own my period was very irregular. Once I moved with my sister my period synced with hers. Also, I've heard that taking certain birth control pills will help regulate your period. As for it coming out black and thick. Not to worry, your body is still growing and changing. Your period will change from how many days you have it, how heavy your flow is, and when you're period comes. Some women have it for two days while others have it for the full week. Some women have them every other month. If this is a really big concern I suggest talking to your doctor. As for being in sports, I've never heard of it being the cause of an irregular menstrual cycle. I've played sports before and was never told that could be the cause. Once I stopped playing my period was still irregular.
How long does this last during period
Guys,
There is nothing to worry about Badically your period blood is forming around your uterus lining now somtimes the blood can clot together forming a jelly like substance this is totally normal and you are defiantly not pregnant especially if you have never even had sex..
Here you go ladies.... I have been having the same problem! And I'm only 14! I found this website that explains it well!

No it doesn't mean your pregnant it just means that the left over period bloody dark stuff a little stays there and then it turns all goes and if you haven't had sex then your not pregnant
