If you are a virgin it is not an STD. But it could be an infection.... what does it look like? Do they hurt. And are you circumscised?
No it does not hurt and I am not circumsized
What do they looknlike ? Are the spots on the glans(head) of your penis or the foreskin ? Are you able to easily retract your foreskin with and without an erection? Do you wash under your foreskin every day ?
Just small red flat dots, yes, yes, no
It's important to pull back your foreskin wash the head of your penis every time you are in the shower to prevent semen and and smegma from building up and causing infections
