In mid-January I contracted scabies however it wasn't until last march that I was diagnosed with it. Every doctor I saw kept giving me medication for allergic reactions and so on. It took 6 Dr visits to get it right. The scabies cleared up about a week or more after but i still had these small lumps on my penis. I did put the scabies cream on thourougly and everywhere. I finally had an appointment for it 2 weeks ago and the doctor gave me, wait for it, MORE cream for scabies. I put it on but as I thought, It didn't make a difference. It's itchy, especially at night. They sometimes grow small white crusts around them and one looks like a scar. I also have these extremely small white spots (and a lot of them) underneath my foreskin and on the tip of my penis.

Is this seriously? Should I worry?
I have the same issue with the white spots on the head!

The red lumps and spots on your penis might be related to the scabies infection, but there are other possibilities, including a reaction to the cream your doctor gave you. I  would encourage you to check with your doctor – or another doctor, if your regular practitioner is not able to help – to find out the exact cause. You may also consider a penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil) containing natural emollients to help restore smooth, clear skin.

Good Luck!
