I've had hard, smallish lumps on my scrotum since about when I hit puberty. Sometimes they'll form a white head and I can pop them but normally this isn't the case. They never hurt unless I squeeze or cut them. When they're at the stage where they'll pop, they will become soft and it will normally happen very easily and what comes out isn't a liquid at all- it's more of a paste, really. I've looked into cysts and folliculitis and haven't been able to find out what they are. Please, any help would be appreciated as they're incredibly embarrassing and are killing my sex life.

Also, when they're not ready to pop they can turn white but I've tried to cut them before (stupid me) and they just bled like normal skin.
