My son is 4 when do you think I should apply the cream as he won't even let it stay on and I'm afraid it's gonna get into the eye on the head but it's only on the shaft do you think I should cake on at night?
Melanoma? Have the skin tested.
This had me laughing like crazy!! A new way to get at the mother-in-law that one! LOL
With yeast infections and using prescription cremes, remember that you have to replace the good bacteria that gets killed along with the bad. If you don't boost up the good stuff, your immune system keeps getting beat down by the infection. Good quality plain yogurt should be eaten every day to help keep the good bacteria count up. It sounds weird, but you can also apply plain yogurt to the affected area. It just becomes a topical bacterial killer if you think about it, and it relieves any itching or soreness too.
It's probably not an std. It could be a fungal infection or just some irritation from body fluids, friction, etc. Make sure to wash the area every day using a mild soap like Dove, and use a penis moisturizer like Man1 Man Oil to help heal and soothe the skin.
If it's not a yeast infection, this could definitely be eczema. Some cases of eczema can be treated with hydrocortisone cream, but check with a doctor first. Vitamins A and E are also helpful, but be careful about using products on the penis. A penile health cream (like Man Man Oil) can help - again, get a medical opinion before use.
This seems like some sort of inflammatory dermatoses, I would think eczema but would not rule out psoriasis or possibly a fungus. Please consult a dermatologist, they see this all the time and will prescribe hydrocortisone and possibly ketoconazole
Common problem my friend. Start using a penis health creme every day. These cremes are made to treat rashes and peeling skin down there. Just make sure you get one with natural vitamins and nutrients to avoid any unwanted side effects. Hope this helps.
Could be a whole mess of things -- so many infections can cause a rash (bacterial, fungal, viral infections). Could also be contact dermatitis from an irritating substance (something you masturbate with?) If it turns out to just be related to friction, use lube and moisturize your penis after showering (Man1 Man Oil is a good lotion). But get tested for different infections.
