Hello, I have to say that I am so afraid that my kilos will return! I have managed to loose about 20 kilos and I am having warning relapse signs in the form of gained kilo and a half in the last couple of days after two parties I have been to. How am I supposed to teach myself that eating is not the way of dealing with stress and other problems I have.
By doing exactly the same thing you did to loose those 20 kilos. Actually, now that you have your desired weight, you should think about some exercises in order to spend all the calories you put in yourself daily. And with this, you will be even healthier and will not have to be so careful about the food you eat, although healthy food habits are always recommended.
