remeron and colon cleanse with grapefruit ingredients??

I am taking remeron 45mg per night and seroquel 25 mg per night (soon to stop this one). I want to start a colon cleanse program, the one I want to start has grapefruit seed in the capsules and grapefrut pectin in the fibre drink. Is it a problem to take this product with these ingredients while on this medicatio?
