since you are only 19 years old are you sure that you need rhinoplasty?
I can very well relate to you because my nose is a little bit bigger than I would like it to be but seriously there is no chance that I would go for an unnecessary surgery if I don't have to. If you don't have any side effects because of the size of your nose than you shouldn't be playing with this. After all I know so many people whop are not satisfied with their rhinoplasty and cam you imagine that scenario.
I am sure that your parents share my opinion and that you are aware that this procedure isn't cheap at all. I hope that you will reconsider about the rhinoplasty.
