I've been masturbating quite frequently, almost every day, but one day, when I ejaculated, no sperm came out. I though, that it's because I've masturbated so much and sperm hasn't reproduced yet, so I took a break for 2 days. Then, after I masturbated, I did ejaculate a bit, but only so much, that the tip of my penis was covered with sperm and after that, my right testicle started to hurt a bit.


Is it all due to over masturbation? I truly hope so, because I really don't want it to be something serious.
