so im 15,never had sex...for a long time like a few years i have had little white bumps everywhere on my scrotum and my scrotum Itches. they used to pop but now most of them are really big and wont pop.my scrotum mostly itches at night and morning but sometimes during the day. i do get pretty sweaty in that area but still why do i have big bumps everywhere...sometimes my scrotum will itch and i will itch it till it starts to raw and stuff. i hate it,im scared to have sex because its weird and what if its spreadable. i would see my doctor but first my doctor is a family friend but i dont no her well so it would be really weird if i told her and i dont no how to get to a dermatologist.im not going to tell my mom because she literally tells her friends anything serious like this, than they talk to me about it,its annoying. so yeah there is alot of them mostly on each side of my scrotum there are alot of little ones and than there are a bunch of big ones. my problem is i constantly mess with them and try and pop them. i also have hair that grows up my shaft...wtf! it also gets really sweaty under my sac and smells bad. i take showers and try and stay pretty clean but i dont no, no matter what its always bad down there. another thing is under the skin by my head of penis it smells...also penis is kinda dark like tan.also bumps sort of go up shaft but hair grows out of bumps so i bet im fine.ive read alot of stuff and people with similar stuff but there is always like a couple things off or something.the small bumps look pretty normal white stuff usually comes out of them but the big ones...look like fukcin warts. i swear if i have genital warts and im still a virgin im going to be pist! lol yeah i no i have alot of problems in that area it sucks
GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR ASAP. You can't let this ruin your life by avoiding a possible solution. I've never heard of things like this for a virgin, only people who have contracted an STD from sex. There are other ways of contracting an STD without having sex though.
I have white dots also on my ball sack, but they seem to be normal when I got them checked out. Not really zits but just lumps.
DOn't itch it, this will only make it worse and possibly make it get infected, if it isn't already....
Get to another doctor asap, and you NEED to tell your mom.... Maybe visit another if you're not comfortable with your current one.. I can tell you though, it might be better for you to tell your family doctor because they have a better connection and responsibility to help you than some guy who has never met you before. Explain to her it is personal and a family issue, I don't know your mom but if she decides to tell her friends then she shouldn't be a mother because that is highly irresponsible and immature.
Smelling from under the skin of the penis - if you're not circumsized - is normal. Just keep it as clean as best you can down there and you will be able to prevent a lot of stuff. If you're not circumsized, might I suggest getting it done.. It sure makes a lot of stuff easier AND IS WORSE THE LONGER YOU WAIT. My father waited till 25 and he says it's easier when you're younger.

yeah thanks, your right i just hide it all for a long time....but i guess i will just tell my mom. wow this is going to suck than the doctor is going to be all up on my nuts lol. haha wish me luck. no anyone good ways i could tell my mom?
