I originally wrote about my 4 month old grandson with SPA. He is now 2 years old. With the help of braces he has finally learned to walk. He has physical and occupational therapy twice a week and has just started in day care. He is non verbal but we are hoping with his speech therapy that he will speak soon. He seems to be very intelligent, able to put puzzles together, he's obsessed with computers and can actually use an ipad. But most importantly, he has been the highlight of our life. (He is adopted and I truly believe that God brought us together) I can not began to explain the love we have for this little boy. I totally believe that he will be just fine with the help of some therapy.

My son is now almost 12 years. Thanks to the cetogenic diet his epilepsy is under control until now. His mental age is like a kid of 2 years old, and requires permanent supervision of an adult. He was first diagnosed with ventriculomegaly, and later with ASP
